android - Access to the internet at a certain time even if the phone is asleep -

i have @ time, when phone sleeping. task requires internet access.

i used that: alarmmanager wakefulbroadcastreceiver, startwakefulservice class extends intentservice.

everything works while phone (with andoid marshmallow) active. after falling asleep, don't have access internet. additional note: don't need wi-fi, 3g or something.
