bash - OSMC start from terminal (Raspberry Pi) -


i have bash script i'd run visually on terminal (there user interaction) before osmc gui starts up. script connects vpn, checks updates etc, , if vpn info looks correct, asks user if they'd proceed startup..

basically, need terminal automatically launch raspberry pi powered on. (i know how terminal once gui has started, pressing exc after exit, not i'm asking).

i've added script rc.local file. runs script in background, not want in case.

i feel should simple solution, can't seem find info on how osmc.
